B & B Financial Services APS as a company can send money from anywhere and to every part of the world were our services are provided through digitalization. We offer services to different people with different nationalities and payment can be done through Debit Card, Credit card and Bank deposit. We will as well use other service provider with different payment method to make transactions easy for our customers. Customers can usually receive their money through cash and Bank deposit. The cash pickups will be available and can be done through our agents and partners in different parts of Africa. Our agents in African can as well deposit the respective amount into the customer bank account with limited stress.
With the current advancement in technology we always make sure customers receive their money on time without delays and even if delays are experienced, we make sure it is not more then 24 hours. Our agents have locations in different parts of Africa and they are always at our customers disposal. You can always reach our customer service team on the contact information in terms of difficulties and enquiries. B & B Financial Services APS can decline transactions which are not in line with our policies and guideline or transactions above the limit of the European regulations. This are rights we have as a company and always adhere to them. In any situation we are require by law to provide information’s of our customers for clarification by the local or international Authorities, we will do so to clarify things. Thats why will always make sure customers always provide correct identification before a transaction is send or processed. If the customer is sending more than 3000 euros, we make sure of verifying the source of funds of the customer. It is always important for the customer to keep source of funds when dealing with our company in case we are ask for it.
B & B Financial Services APS will always make transactions fees available to the customers prior to sending the transaction. The transaction fees will not be pronounce after sending the transaction. There will be a mutual agreement between the customer and B & B Financial Services APS before the transaction is send.
B & B Financial Services APS will always use the destination countries currency to pay transaction in the domicile country. It will only be in rear cases when we will pay the customers in different currencies in the domicile country. The currency exchange rate will always be visible to the customer and it will be mutually agreed before a transaction is send. We always give a reasonable rate to our customers. B & B Financial Services APS will only process transactions when customers paid both the principal and sending fees of the transaction. All payment have to be made prior to sending the require amount to the recipient. You can use any of our payment method to pay the transaction and the amount must be received before the transaction is paid. We will not be liable for the late or no payment of the transaction to the customer if we don’t receive money through any of our payment methods. It will not be our fault that the money send was not received but we will work hand in hand with our customers to know where the problem lies.
B & B Financial Services APS will be obligated to the following transfer refund policy.
Cancellation and Refund of the principal amount send by the sender will be made available to the Sender through a written request, if payment has not yet been made to the beneficiary by B & B Financial Services APS and its Agents. Refund will be made within 30 days if the written request has been send by the Sender. The principal amount and fees will be returned to the sender if the amount is not already received by the recipient. The refund can be through Bank Transfer or through cash Pick up from our Branch Location.
B & B Financial Services APS will always go extra mile for its customers which is why we will offer Bank deposits for our customers or purchase commodity services. Purchase commodity is were a customer would want us to buy food stuffs for his family instead of giving them physical cash. We will also send text messages to our recipient customers to come and receive their money from our Available branches.
If a customer fail to receive his money for a period of one year and the transaction is not as well cancelled within the above mentioned period. In the event he want to reclaim the transaction for refund, according to the law B & B Financial Services APS will not have any option but charge administrative charges as permitted by the law. This amount will be removed from the principal amount and the balance will be send back to the sender. If you still want to pick the transaction, we will un-hold it and pay the respective recipient.
We expect dispute to arise in some case and we have mechanisms to settle this disputes. Our service team will be their to support our customers and stakeholders in case of any dispute. If this cannot be handled then the service of the company director will be required to settle this dispute professionally. Our office numbers will be on our websites to contact us incase of any issue.
In a situation that our customers are not really happy with the way the resolution is been handled, then they can consult the Danish Financial Supervisory authority. You can as well consult the Danish Business Authority and the Danish Tax Authority in helping you to further settle the case.

Ombudsman will provide services for customers residing in Germany, Denmark and the entire European countries . They will deal with problems concerning customers from the above mentioned countries. The local OMBUDSMAN will be more helpful to customers from German and Denmark because they are residing in the same countries.
Customers have right to their money which should be available to their recipient once the money is received by B & B Financial Services APS. If the money is received by B & B Financial Services APS but the recipient could not receive the money. Then the full amount will be refunded, if the request is within the one year duration of the transaction time limit. If there is a Dispute over an amount less than 5000 Euros, the company will take it upon itself to remedy the situation and if we cannot, the customer can report to the Ombudsman or the Authorities mentioned above. It will as well be the choice of the customer to involve the law enforcement agencies to adhere to his claim. Incase their was to be a court case between B & B Financial Services APS and its customers relating to money transfer. We as a company will not be liable to the lawyer, experts and witness fees of the case.
B & B FINANCIAL SERVICES APS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR NONDELIVERY, DELAY OF TRANSACTION PAYMENT,NONPAYMENT OF TRANSACTION, UNDERPAYMENT AND DISLOCATION OF AGENT LOCATION OR SUBSIQUENT CLAIMS CAUSE BY AGENTS, STAKEHOLDERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE B & B FINANCIAL SERVICES APS.
Despite of the above mentioned statement B & B FINANCIAL SERVICES APS will be obligated to refund customers money if we received the money and the transaction is not effected. The customer have the right to claim his or her money and we as a company will refund the respective amount with the charges.
B & B FINANCIAL SERVICES APS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES.
OUR PARTNERS AND AGENT HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE PAYMENT OF CERTAIN TRANSACTIONS IF THEY ARE RELATED TO MONEY LAUNDERING OR CRIMINAL FINANCING. THEY AS WELL RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO SEND SUSPECIOUS TRANSACTION OR TRANSACTIONS THAT MIGHT BE RELATED TO CRIMINAL FINANCING.
